Return & Refund Policy
Customer may request for the return or exchange of the Products within sever (7) days from the date on which the Product is delivered with the following cases:
- Defective products which are not attributable to customer Wrong item received
Products return will be accepted with the following conditions:
1) Items in original purchase condition, with all tags, documentations and original packing intact.
2) Original printed Delivery Notice / Receipt returned with items as proof of purchase
3) Customer has to notify us via email at support@greatessential.com.my or Whatsapp us, for the request of return and followed our guidance before sending back the original product.
For wrong item received, customer must notify us via email at support@greatessential.com.my or whatsapp us at 017-2266003 within 48 hours of delivery.
For defective products, customer must notify us via email at support@greatessential.com.my or whatsapp us at 017-2266003 within 1 week from delivery.

1. Techno Tech IT Computer Services is run by Great Essential Legacy (GEL)
we are dedicated to providing high-quality computer repair services to our customers. Our Warranty Policies are designed to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support and services.
2. Warranty Coverage
Repair Warranty: We provide a warranty on all repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty covers the specific repair(s) conducted and ensures that the repaired component(s) will function properly under normal usage conditions for a specified period. 14 days calendar day
Parts Warranty: For replaced parts, we offer warranties as provided by the manufacturer or supplier. The duration and coverage of these warranties vary depending on the specific part and manufacturer terms.
3. Warranty Claim
Notification: Customers must notify us promptly of any issues or concerns arising with their repaired device during the warranty period.
Evaluation: Upon notification, our technicians will evaluate the reported issue to determine if it falls within the scope of the warranty coverage.
Resolution: If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the affected component(s) at no additional cost to the customer, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in these Warranty Policies.
4. Exclusions:
This warranty covered only manufacturer defects only, the warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or repairs performed by third parties.
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Issues unrelated to the original repair service performed by GEL
- Acts of nature, accidents, or other external causes
- Failure to follow GEL's instructions or guidelines
- Compatibility issues with third-party products or services
- Software damage that caused by users / customer
- Warranty seal tempered if any
- Damage resulting from software issues, viruses, malware, or data loss.
- Any device suffers damage due to factors outside the scope of the original repair service.
- The customer fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in these Warranty Policies.
5. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, GEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product or service, even if GEL has been advised of the possibility of such damages. GEL's total liability for any warranty claim shall be limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
6. Transferability:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or recipient of the product or service.
7. Modification or Termination:
GEL reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
8. Customer Responsibilities

Backup: Prior to submitting a device for repair, customers are encouraged to back up any important data as GEL is not liable for any data loss during the repair process
